Account Executive (f/m/d)

Your mission
  • Strengthen client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in our startups and SME clients

  • Retain and grow our clients by ensuring they receive the maximum value out of our solution

  • Closely monitor client performance and adjust our software with deep client understanding to successfully address their needs

  • Become a trusted partner and guide our clients throughout their journey from onboarding to introducing new features and products

  • Play an active and decisive part in shaping our culture

  • Improve client-facing processes  in combination with our Head of Client Succes and your colleagues from Sales, Product Operations and Tech

  • Help define and prioritize new features for product development with your client insights

Our ideas
  • 2+ years of experience in a dynamic environment as startups, venture building, management consultancy or similar

  • Experience in client-facing roles such as Business Development, Client Success or similar fields

  • Experience in B2B Cold Customer Acquisition

  • Very good communication skills

  • Self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Reliably and client-first mindset

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset

  • Full working proficiency in German and English

  • Excellent university track record
