Product Operations Associate/Manager (f/m/d)

Your mission

What will keep you challenged:

  • Structuring processes and integrating CRM systems, mail accounts with our product /software to ensure we integrate our software properly into our clients’ tech set up

  • Develop and apply procedures for our electronic mail network as well as different CRM systems

  • Identify problems with a mail network and CRM accounts as well as other software components and/or interfaces and initiate solutions to make working practices more efficient

  • Strategic development, planning and monitoring the day-to-day operations of product operations

  • Coordinate with colleagues from departments such as product and sales and provide constructive feedback to drive product performance

  • Evaluating the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and applying improvements

  • Evaluating the overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
