Business Development Intern (f/m/d)

Your mission
  • Actively driving venture development (FROM DAY ONE!) and working closely with the founders and management team on further strategic and operational topics
  • Develop the business plan together with the founding team
  • Work with the team on initiatives to improve commercial and operational KPIs
  • Help evaluate business and product ideas of strategic importance and develop new product and market opportunities using data-driven methods.
  • Assess financial performance and develop a view on the outlook
  • Analyze our competitors, ideas, general customer and market-specific needs in quantitative and qualitative terms.
  • Help with the implementation of changes to business processes through data analysis
  • Contribute to performance visibility reporting to management
  • Being closely involved in the planning, initiation and operational implementation of company-wide collaborations in between different functions and in particular shaping the collaboration of product/tech with customer success
  • Supporting the founding team in strategic projects and being early and closely in the conception and implementation (Sales, Marketing, Ops, ..)
Our ideas
  • Bachelor or Master degree from a top university
  • (Nice to have - no must!) having gained initial experience in a management consultancy or Business Development
  • Curiosity and hands-on working attitude combined with a growth mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills and are able to quickly solve complex issues and reduce them to the essential factors
  • Problem-solving to design business processes and approaches from the scratch
  • Interest in the world of business and start ups and have potentially already gained your first practical insights
  • Being well-organized, 100% reliable, proactive and ready to go the extra mile
  • Full professional language skill in German and English
