Head of People and Culture (f/m/d)

Your mission
  • You’ll be a trusted leader, working closely with the co-founders to design (50%) and implement (50%) the honeysales People & Culture strategy to optimize growth, productivity, engagement and happiness across all employees
  • You’ll be actively recruiting all our new talents and developing strategies to get us ahead of the hiring curve. You’ll assess our talents needs and build a strategy to recruit the best fit for each position to help us scale
  • You’ll develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • You’ll hands-on ensure a top-notch employee experience covering talent scouting & recruiting, onboarding, talent development, compensation, employee benefits, team events and much more as we grow
Our ideas
  • 4+ years of HR experience at a senior level ideally, in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment or headhunting agency 
  • Proven track record in building organizations and handling everything that comes with it: scalable people operations, future-oriented business partnering, sustainable company culture and top-notch talent acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with Personio or other similar HR tools
  • Fluent Business English and German
  • Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of People practices
  • Competence in supporting multiple projects simultaneously with a solid orientation on results
  • You are collaborative, have a sense of humor and a strong EQ
