honeysales was founded in 2021 in Berlin by business and technology enthusiasts. We are a B2B SaaS solution helping companies substitute their SDR function through Meetings-as-a-Service – automating end-to-end customer acquisition for businesses worldwide, with a current focus on German-speaking areas (DACH).
We envision a business world where the salesforce focuses on what’s most important – having meaningful interactions with customers. While salespeople help customers develop solutions to their pain points, we focus on initiating sales conversations while harnessing the power of data intelligence. We started 2023 on the right foot by closing a funding round of 2.5 million EUR.
Our team of 20+ dedicated and passionate people* combines deep experience in the B2B sales industry with technical and product knowledge gained at top technology scaleups in FinTech and data applications. Your daily tasks
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will take a key role in shaping the architecture and user experience of our core platform. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable interfaces with best-in-class performance.
Architecture & Implementation- Lead development of React-based applications with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
- Apply and advocate architecture best practices, efficient state management, and component-based design principles.
- Implement and refine UI components using Tailwind CSS and headless UI libraries.
Collaboration & Communication- Collaborate with product and design teams to refine specifications and user flows.
- Work closely with backend developers to define and implement clean and efficient API communication patterns.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
Performance & Optimization- Optimize application speed, responsiveness, and browser compatibility.
- Monitor and improve frontend performance metrics using modern tools and practices.
Documentation & Quality- Maintain clear and reusable documentation for components and workflows.
- Ensure thorough testing coverage through unit and integration tests.
