In 2023, we kicked off our journey with a successful funding round of €2.5 million, enabling us to enhance our offerings and expand our reach. Our dynamic team of over 35 dedicated individuals is based in the vibrant Kreuzberg district of Berlin, where we collaborate in a creative office space near Kottbusser Tor. Our diverse backgrounds combine extensive experience in B2B sales with engineering and product expertise from top technology scale-ups in the FinTech and data application sectors.

Our experienced leadership team has gained experience in top enterprises (e.g., Google, eBay, Contentful, SAP, Rocket Internet, Malt, etc.).
Your daily tasks

Own Key Metrics: Take ultimate responsibility for client renewals, retention, and net retention targets, ensuring honeyales achieves consistent growth and client satisfaction.

Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary trusted advisor for clients, establishing deep, strategic partnerships while acting as a proactive consultant on achieving business outcomes using honeysales’ solutions.

Success Planning: Drive feature adoption and business value by crafting and executing strategic Success Plans tailored to each client’s goals. Regularly review and refine these plans to align with evolving client needs.

Customer Advocacy: Act as the client’s advocate within honeysales, providing structured and actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to improve offerings and client experiences.

Proactive Risk Management: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product usage, identify opportunities and risks, and proactively address challenges to maintain account health.

Upsell Opportunities: Educate clients on new and underutilized features, identifying opportunities for expansion and driving additional value while contributing to revenue growth.

Executive Engagement: Lead high-level interactions, including Executive Business Reviews and strategy sessions, to ensure alignment with senior client stakeholders.

Collaborative Support: Partner with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery, acting as an escalation point for complex client challenges.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and contributing to team success.

Onsite Engagement: Travel as needed, including international trips, to meet clients, deepen relationships, and facilitate workshops or critical engagements.

Our requirements

Curious & passionate about Sales Tech: You understand the challenges and complexities of lead generation, prospecting and building a sales pipeline. At the same time, you are convinced that technology will enable better human outcomes.

 Experienced Leader: You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management, ideally within SaaS, Sales Automation, or Customer Analytics.

Strategic Thinker: You’re skilled in managing complex accounts, navigating competing priorities, and delivering results that align with client and company goals.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, and Sales Tech, with technical domain knowledge in Marketing Automation, Analytics, or similar areas.

Exceptional Communicator: You excel at building trust and conveying strategic insights to both executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Relationship Builder: You thrive on developing meaningful relationships, acting as both a strategic advisor and a proactive problem-solver for your clients.

Analytical & Curious: You leverage data to inform decisions and are constantly looking to deepen your understanding of your clients, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Self-Starter: Adept at managing your own time and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution of responsibilities.

Team Player: Known for your collaborative mindset, you actively contribute to a positive team environment and shared success.
