honeysales was founded in 2021 in Berlin by three business and technology enthusiasts. We are a B2B SaaS solution dedicated to transforming the sales landscape by providing real-time, AI-driven insights that empower sales teams to sell smarter, not harder.

In 2023, we kicked off our journey with a successful funding round of €2.5 million, enabling us to enhance our offerings and expand our reach. Our dynamic team of over 35 dedicated individuals is based in the vibrant Kreuzberg district of Berlin, where we collaborate in a creative office space near Kottbusser Tor. Our diverse backgrounds combine extensive experience in B2B sales with engineering and product expertise from top technology scale-ups in the FinTech and data application sectors.

Our experienced leadership team has gained experience in top enterprises (e.g., Google, eBay, Contentful, SAP, Rocket Internet, Malt, etc.).
Your daily tasks

Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets. Identify opportunities to expand our presence.

Recruit and Mentor Sales Talent: Build a top-tier sales team by recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring Account Executives. Foster a high-performance culture and provide ongoing coaching to support their development.

Sales Enablement and Training: Create training programs that develop the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Equip them with the tools to succeed in a competitive market environment.

Market Mapping & Value Proposition Refinement: Conduct thorough market analysis and refine our value propositions to establish a competitive edge. Ensure that Honeysales’ offerings resonate with potential clients and effectively address their needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience from acquisition to long-term retention. Align sales goals with broader company objectives.

Process Optimization and Reporting: Utilize data to analyze team performance, productivity, and sales strategies. Recommend and implement improvements in internal processes to optimize team efficiency and drive better results.

Our requirements

Have 5+ Years of SaaS Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years in a Head of Sales role (or similar) in a SaaS environment is a must. Experience in client success management, sales tech, or high-growth environments is a strong plus.

Possess Sales Expertise: Background as a sales manager or sales consultant with a history of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.

Are a Strategic Thinker with Execution Skills: Skilled in both high-level strategy and hands-on execution, with a history of driving revenue and growth in challenging markets.

Thrive in Entrepreneurial Environments: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth company where processes may be ambiguous and goals are ambitious.

Excel in Communication and Relationship Building: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships across teams and with clients, contributing to a collaborative and supportive sales culture.
