honeysales was founded in 2021 in Berlin by business and technology enthusiasts. We are a B2B SaaS solution helping companies substitute their SDR function through Meetings-as-a-Service – automating end-to-end customer acquisition for businesses worldwide, with a current focus on German-speaking areas (DACH). 
We envision a business world where the salesforce focuses on what’s most important – having meaningful interactions with customers. While salespeople help customers develop solutions to their pain points we focus on initiating sales conversations by while harnessing the power of data intelligence. We started last year (2023) on the right foot by closing a funding round of 2.5 million EUR. 
We “honeybees” are currently based in a beautiful office in Berlin's popular Kreuzberg district. Our team of 35+ dedicated and passionate people* combines deep experience in the B2B sales industry with technical and product knowledge gained at top technology scaleups in FinTech and data applications. Our experienced founder and business angel / investor team has gained experience in high-growth companies such as Rocket Internet, TruVenturo, COMATCH, Klarna, etc.).
Our team is looking for a Head of Growth to join our exciting early-stage start-up in its growth phase. You will work closely with our Founder, Management, and amazing “honeybees” team while being responsible for our revenue targets.
Your daily tasks

We’re looking for a highly skilled and passionate full-stack engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our innovative product. If you are a creative problem solver, have an eye for detail, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to talk to you!


We’re at an early stage of building our product, and you’ll be heavily involved in the design and development of our web-based SaaS application. You’ll have influence in choosing the best tools for our needs and developing creative solutions to some of our trickiest problems.


  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable software architecture and technical designs.

  • Design and implement server-side logic, APIs, and databases to support our application’s functionality, security, and performance.

  • Develop user interfaces using modern web technologies like React and Typescript, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

  • Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality software deliverables.

  • Optimize the application’s performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth functionality and scalability.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, actively sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Our requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack Engineer, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to work seamlessly across the entire software stack.

  • Proficiency in modern web development technologies and frontend frameworks like React.

  • Strong experience with backend development using NodeJS and TypeScript.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience with practices like pair programming, code reviews and knowledge-sharing.

  • A passion for learning new technologies, keeping up with industry trends, and applying new knowledge to improve existing processes and systems.

  • Based in Berlin or plans to relocate here (no relocation or work permit support is provided).

  • We are a hybrid team that works together in the office at least 3 days of the week (with an allowance for more flexible remote work throughout the year)

  • Fluent English speaker (written & spoken), German is a plus.
