honeysales was founded in 2021 in Berlin by three business and technology enthusiasts. We are a B2B SaaS solution dedicated to transforming the sales landscape by providing real-time, AI-driven insights that empower sales teams to sell smarter, not harder.

We envision a business world where the salesforce focuses on what’s most important - having meaningful interactions with customers. Our platform enables sellers to engage with prospects at the right time, with the right message, ensuring that every interaction is relevant and impactful. By harnessing the power of data intelligence, we take the guesswork out of prospecting, allowing sales teams to prioritize leads based on real-time signals and intent data.

In 2023, we kicked off our journey with a successful funding round of €2.5 million, enabling us to enhance our offerings and expand our reach. Our dynamic team of over 35 dedicated individuals is based in the vibrant Kreuzberg district of Berlin, where we collaborate in a creative office space near Kottbusser Tor. Our diverse backgrounds combine extensive experience in B2B sales with engineering and product expertise from top technology scale-ups in the FinTech and data application sectors. Our experienced leadership team has gained experience in top enterprises (e.g., Google, eBay, Contentful, SAP, Rocket Internet, Malt, etc.).
Your scope of responsibility
  • You support all important projects that arise in Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, or HR and manage them end to end.  
  • You assist in building and maintaining relationships with investors, business partners, and other key contacts.  
  • You work closely with the founding team, take responsibility for specific projects, and have a lasting impact on the growth of honeysales.  
  • You drive our growth forward with creative ideas and independent execution, demonstrating operational excellence in all departments.  
  • You conduct research on various topics to support the founders in strategic decisions.
Experience & Qualification
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Entrepreneur in Residence, Founders Associate, Business Analyst, Strategy Consulting, Growth), preferably in an early-stage startup with a high-performance environment.  
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.  
  • You are independent, communicative, and open-minded, and you are practical and results-oriented in your daily work.  
  • You possess strong quantitative skills, structured thinking, and the ability to recognize connections.  
  • You have a passion for an entrepreneurial environment.  
  • You are fluent in German and English.  
  • You reside in Berlin.
